This website exists to present Mirelle. It is not a shop. It displays no prices, takes no payment, and places no orders. Nothing on this site is an offer or invitation to treat, and no contract of sale is formed through it.

Commissions, pricing, and any purchase are arranged privately and directly with the atelier, on the terms agreed at that time.

Access to Mirelle is by invitation. Membership is personal to you, non-transferable, and extended entirely at our discretion. We may decline, suspend, or withdraw membership where, acting reasonably, we consider it appropriate — for example where these terms or the ownership covenant are not honoured.

An invitation confers no entitlement to purchase any particular piece, and availability is always limited.

Mirelle pieces are bespoke, custom-made, strictly limited, and numbered — frequently one of a kind. Because they are made by hand from natural materials, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish are inherent and are a mark of authenticity, not a defect.

Ownership of a Mirelle piece carries one binding promise. When a piece reaches the end of its wearable life, you agree to return it to Mirelle so that it can be responsibly biodegraded. A Mirelle piece is never to be sent to landfill or destroyed by other means.

This covenant is a condition of acquiring and keeping a Mirelle piece and is agreed in writing at the time of commission. We will make returning a piece straightforward, at no cost to you for the reclamation itself.

Mirelle pieces are made for you and are not to be resold, auctioned, consigned, rented, or otherwise commercially transferred. Should you wish to part with a piece, it returns to Mirelle, which holds a right of first reclamation.

This protects the rarity of the work, the integrity of the covenant, and the people who make it. The Mirelle name, marks, and designs may not be used for resale or promotion without our written consent.

Mirelle offers an annual care membership: a subscription under which we repair, refinish, and restore your pieces so they are worn for years. The scope, fees, and renewal terms of the membership are set out when you join and may be updated on renewal.

The care membership is a service to extend a garment's life. It is not an insurance policy or a warranty, and it does not cover loss, theft, or wilful damage.

Where you commission a piece, price and payment are agreed directly and privately. As bespoke items made to your specification, commissioned pieces are generally non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable once production has begun, except where a piece is defective or not as agreed.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The Mirelle name, logo, designs, patterns, imagery, and the content of this website are the property of Mirelle and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, or use them without our prior written permission.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to it, to scrape it at scale, or to misuse any contact channel it provides.

This website is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mirelle excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, and our total liability in connection with the site is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your non-excludable statutory rights.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any non-excludable rights you have to bring proceedings elsewhere.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version and its date will always be available here, and continued use of the site means you accept the version in force.
